Most of our products are personalized and made just for you. As such, customized items are not eligible for return or refund unless:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• There’s a mistake in customization caused by our team

If you believe your item qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at upload@customizoo.com with your order number and photos.

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
